We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communication Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the communication channels across NORDEN.

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, great written and verbal communication abilities and an urge to ensure clear and effective communication practices.

The position is an opportunity to learn, grow and enhance your skills within Corporate Communication in a listed company, working closely with the senior management group.

Key Responsibilities
Your main areas of work will be to:

  • Oversee our website and intranet.

  • Handle the social media platforms with support from the rest of the team.

  • Support the development of a newsletter strategy.

  • Support on creating engaging content for internal and external communication materials.

  • Assist in organising company-wide meetings, events and presentations. Including preparing agendas and coordinating logistics.

While we are a small team, giving you a chance to run with a good portion of responsibility, you will not be left on your own.

As the Communications Coordinator, you will join our Communications and Investor Relations team, consisting of 2 dedicated Communications colleagues to inspire and be inspired by. You will report to the Head of Internal and External Communications.

You can either be a new graduate or hold a few years of experience already. Further you:

  • Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, or within a similar field.

  • Are fluent in written English and Danish.

  • Have proven experience in a communication or coordination role, from a corporate or organisational setting.

  • Have great written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Have knowledge of communication best practices and follow emerging trends.

You can work alone and in close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. And you are not afraid to enter a fast-paced environment where you will use your flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and requirements.

Experience or knowledge of the shipping industry is not a must.
